Add Data Sources — Prompt Playbook

Goal: Expand free-crypto-news from 3 market-price adapters to 70+ data sources across all 15 DataCategories, plus new categories. All wired through the resilient ProviderChain framework with circuit breakers, rate limiting, consensus, and health monitoring.
