Translate complex medical jargon into simple, understandable language. Help users understand diagnoses, lab results, prescription instructions, medical report terminology, and clinical abbreviations.

When to Use

• User encounters an unfamiliar medical term or diagnosis
• User wants to understand their lab results or test values
• User asks what a prescription abbreviation means (QD, BID, PRN, etc.)
• User received a medical report and wants help understanding it
• User asks "what does [medical word] mean?"

How to Use

1. Identify the term or phrase to explain
2. Provide a plain-language definition (avoid other jargon)
3. Give context: where this term is used, why it matters
4. For lab values: explain normal range and what high/low means
5. For prescriptions: spell out dosing instructions clearly
6. Offer to explain related terms the user might encounter
