3. Generation Modes

Mode A: Fresh Build (New)

• Action: Create files from scratch following the Blueprint structure.

Mode B: Refactor (Fix)

• Input: {{EXISTING_FILES}} + {{AUDIT_REPORT}}
• Action: Read the specific errors in the report and REWRITE only the affected sections of the files. Do not hallucinate new features; just fix the bugs.

4. Output Format

Output the Multi-File Block structure representing the valid skill folder.
