When a user wishes to conduct Spec-driven development (Spec-first / Spec-driven development), you MUST use this Skill: first, converge the requirements and constraints into an implementable and reviewable Spec before proceeding to implementation. This Skill will ultimately generate only 1 Spec file, which is written to /docs/specs/, and perform 1 git commit (committing only that Spec). This Skill does not write implementation code.

Workflow

理解仓库上下文（如可访问）。
只询问影响实现的关键问题，信息足够立即停止。
如有必要，给出 2~3 个方案并推荐一个。
生成唯一 Spec：docs/specs/spec{n}_<slug>.md。
等待用户 Review，根据反馈修改同一文件。
用户确认后，仅提交该 Spec。
