Decision workflow

1. Clarify buyer intent

   • What problem is being solved?
   • Who is the end user?
   • What constraints exist (budget, timeline, region, compliance)?

2. Define evaluation criteria

   • Price fit
   • Feature fit
   • Quality/reliability confidence
   • Safety/allergen risk (if relevant)
