Step 1: Analyze the Offer

Gather: product/service details, problem solved, target customer, unique mechanism, proof elements, price point.

  • Speed/ease demonstration

Authority Angles

  • Expert endorsement

Mass Desire Angles

  • Health/wellness

  • Relationship/social
  • Status/prestige
  • Convenience/time-saving

Problem-Agitation Angles

Step 3: Cross-Industry Ideation

Identify parallel markets where avatar exists. Research winning ads in those industries. Translate concepts (blue ocean opportunity).
