NEVER delete without confirmation - show counts first
Archive over delete - prefer archiving (recoverable)
Batch in chunks - max 50 at a time

Workflow

Step 1: Count each category

Step 2: Present summary table with counts and suggested actions

Step 3: Execute (with confirmation)
