- Restricted Tools: Only Read, Grep, Glob (read-only analysis)
- Clear Description: Explains when to activate
- Structured Prompt: Organized methodology

- Update name: Change to descriptive name (lowercase-with-hyphens)

- Test activation: Try phrases that should trigger it
