OceanBase Data Helper

Use this skill when a user asks to inspect OceanBase/seekdb schemas, explain SQL, or compare vector and keyword retrieval. Ask for the connection string only when the operation needs a live database. Prefer parameterized SQL, show the query before execution, and never run DDL/DML unless the user explicitly requests it.

Workflow

1. Identify the database, table and desired output.
2. Run python app.py --check to validate the local tool.
3. For a live connection set OCEANBASE_DSN; use the read-only examples in examples/.
4. Report query latency, row count and any fallback to the local mock.
