Promotion Protocol (The "Two-Day Librarian Rule"):
- When promoting a stock (e.g., Waitlist -> Top Watcher), a Deep Promotion Report MUST be generated.
- Reports are first saved to the Reading Inbox folder of the corresponding vault.
- Reports remain in the inbox for exactly 48 hours for review before the librarian-cleanup script moves them to permanent folders.
