/shiiman-google:sheets-export を SlashCommand ツールで実行（実装は Commands に委譲）。
コマンド連携
実際の処理は /shiiman-google:sheets-export に委譲します（SSOT として扱う）。

导出Google Sheets。可以通过“将Sheets导出为CSV”、“导出电子表格”、“下载Sheets”、“另存为Excel”、“转换为CSV”等方式启动。执行`/shiiman-google:sheets-export`来导出。
