## Critical Rules

1. **Always check spec first**: 구현 전 core-interface 확인 필수
2. **Follow DTO naming**: Operation ID prefix 규칙 준수
3. **Polymorphic responses**: discriminator 패턴 사용
4. **Error responses**: 표준 ErrorResponse 형식
