Core Methodology: Three-Layer Filtering

Trend exists ≠ Product validation exists
Product validation exists ≠ Domestic window exists
All three layers required — missing any = no opportunity

Signal Thresholds

🔴 Core trend: 3+ platforms showing same direction
🟡 Medium signal: 2 platforms
🔵 Weak signal: 1 platform only

Startup Criteria

Before starting a project, verify ALL of:

✅ 3+ platform validation
✅ Overseas paid product validation
✅ Domestic window 3-6 months
✅ 1-2 week MVP possible
✅ Low IP infringement risk
✅ Monthly revenue > ¥500 potential

Analysis Workflow

When analyzing a tech trend:
