Pay-per-call OSINT for OpenClaw agents: find the public footprint behind a username or email, paid automatically in USDC on Base via x402. No API keys, no accounts.

Prerequisites

• EVM_PRIVATE_KEY — a Base wallet funded with a few dollars of USDC. The agent signs the x402 payment; the facilitator covers gas (no ETH needed).
• MAX_SPEND_PER_CALL — recommended $0.05 (a full report is $0.05; a lookup is $0.01).
